ABR Employment Services in partnership with a well established company is currently recruiting experienced robotic welders.
Job Duties:
Set up and operate robotic welding machines to weld fabricated metal products. Load and unloading robots. Operate a computer controlled robotic welding cell. Set up/Program Robot for various welding applications. Reading and understanding blueprints. Inspect parts using a variety of measuring tools. Examine welds visually for adherence to specifications.
Qualifications:
• Must possess 6 months recent working knowledge of robotic welding
• Basic math skills
• Ability to multi-task
• History of excellent attendance
• Possess the willingness and ambition to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 60 lbs periodically
This is a Try before Hire opportunity for the right qualified applicant. Pay rate will be based on previous experience. AA/EOE
To be considered qualified for this position must have a minimum of 6 months direct welding work experience. Technical degree or certificate strongly preferred but not required. Must have the ability to accurately read job orders specifications and blueprints. Must have the ability to walk, stand, reach, bend, lift, and twist for 10-12 hours during scheduled shifts.
