Homeland Builders is seeking qualified candidates for Certified Stainless Steel Welder position. A minimum of two year's experience welding S/S, MIG or TIG, valid driver license. Please send resumes and list all certifications.
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
1. Must possess the ability to lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble cabinets using knowledge of welding techniques and metallurgy.
2. Must have proper tools to accomplish job.
3. Capacity to analyze blueprints and specifications to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations.
4. Must be able to determine required equipment and welding method, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques.
5. Ability to plasma cut.
6. Must be able to weld in the mig process, tig welding of steel, and stainless steel.
7. Must be able to saw, punch, notch, drill, etc.
8. Good attendance a must.
9. Keeps weld equipment clean and properly adjusted, work area clean and orderly; follows all work safety rules and procedures.
10. Projects a positive company image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive and courteous manner; displays an attitude of professionalism.
11. Owns and maintains sufficient hand tools to perform the job.
12. May be required to work overtime if needed.
