Fitters must have at least 5 years' experience in reading blueprints, fitting steel plates, pipes, tanks and ductwork. In addition, previous experience in a Team Leader role is required. Ability to weld in MIG, Flux core and TIG are a definite plus. Fitters must also be able to operate standard equipment found in tank and plate fabrication shops including overhead cranes, shears, press brakes, etc. Previous experince in tank building a definite plus
