Fronius USA, LLC team is a member of the Fronius International global family. Subsidaries in 29 countries and a leader in the Welding Technology, Solar Technology and Battery Charging Systems industry.
The position requirements:
Supports the sales process by providing technical knowledge, designing system installation parameters for routine and comlpex configurations and installations of Fronius products to clients and potential clients.
Organization and execution of product tests at customer locations.
Evaluates client needs for upgrades or upsells of current or new installations of varying complexity.
Works both independently and as a team member to provide customers with product support.
Co-facilitates presentations and develops proposals, acting as a technical expert, for customers and potential customers.
Conducts test welds of client or prospective client prototypes and/or samples and documenting results.
Programming, troubleshooting and testing robot control units.
Providing email and telephone support for complex welding inquiries/problems.
Welding system and software installation and integration at client location.
Customizing training documents for new and existing customers.
Conducting training for VSP Teams, distributors, dealers, and end clients with a focus on new and repeat sales.
Travel may be required up to 50%.
2-4 years welding experience.
Certification in Welding.
Bachelor's Degree from accredited university or 2-4 years experience in welding field.
Strong knowledge in MicroSoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Willing and authorized to travel throughout the U.S. and internationally as necessary.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated team leader and facilitator skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
