Manufacturing company currently seeking a qualified and experienced candidate as a welding supervisor.
Candidates must have thorough knowledge of manufacturing methods, techniques, related equipment experience and also a complete knowledge of production scheduling and shop operations.
Must be highly organized, self-motivated and computer literate, particular in shop floor control and production planning.
Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in supervision. Bilingual is a plus, as well as strong leadership skills. responsibilities include and are not limited to Plan, schedule and coordinate department activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory requirements and deliver products on time. read and interpret drawings specifications to the shop floor.
Supervise all production within the department and coordinate with other department as well. Competencies include customer focus, planning and organizing, supporting change, decision making, coaching, and delegating responsibility.
