Custom Metal Fabrication Company is seeking a Full Time Welding/Metal Fabrication Foreman. Foreman must be extremely experienced in all aspects of Miscellaneous, Architectural and Ornamental Metal Fabrication and certified welding in the shop and in the field. Many years of experience are required. Foreman must be certified as they will be a working foreman as well as overseeing projects. Must be excellent in all facets of layout, shearing, forming, punching, finishing, polishing, etc. . . Need to have blue print reading and take off skills. Must be very organized and proficient in the project management of multiple jobs (big and small). Must be excellent in customer interaction and problem solving. Must be a motivated self starter and a team player.
