Custom truck body OEM is looking to hire an experienced 2nd shift welding/assembly supervisor with 15-20 hourlys reporting to him/her. Should have outstanding leadership skills in addition to their welding/assembly background and experience (mig & handheld). Should have been involved in Kaizan events or led events.
