Responsible for developing and deploying an effective Quality Management System to include the performance of internal audits, facilitating management reviews, interfacing with customers/certifying bodies during the performance of external audits. Provides technical leadership for The Facility in the areas of welding processes, controlling product quality, and applicable code/specification requirements, through issuance of welding and quality standards, recommendation of equipment, selection of N.D.E. methods and proper training of all facility personnel who affect the overall Quality objective necessary to meet customer requirements and/or exceed expectations. Monitors the development and administration of program to evaluate the quality and performance of the companyÂ's product.
