- Must follow direction of fitter/welder in taking field measurements for pipe or structural fabrication.
 - Ability to qualify a structural welding test; read ISO drawings for fabrication
 - Set up welding equipment for various types of welding process
 - Inspection of all welding and cutting related equipment
 - Basic math, reading, and writing skills
 - Interpret written documentation supplied by Conoco/Phillips/ AES concerning procedures and all safety regulations
 - Comply with company and customer policies and procedures
 - Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operation
