Tank & Vessel Builders in Baird, TX, just east of Abilene, is expanding and we need help managing the work as our shop grows. We are looking for a Welding Shop Foreman that can manage workflow through the shop, check layout, has knowledge of sub-arc welding process, understands plate rolling (preferably with a hydraulic roll). The right person is someone that can find solutions to keep our welders and fitters running efficiently, as well as identify equipment issues that may arise early and coordinate with management to get those taken care of. This is a great opportunity and we are looking for the right person to grow with us. Compensation will be based on experience level.
